Ozarks Health Advocacy Foundation helps to provide critical health education to LifeHouse residents

LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home nurse Karen Rice spends much of her days providing health education to residents, and we are so grateful to Ozarks Health Advocacy Foundation (OHAF) for helping to make this education possible. LifeHouse cares for homeless, pregnant women and many are high-risk pregnancies. OHAF’s grant to LifeHouse in 2016 has helped to provide for the women’s essential health care needs, one of our most important goals.

OHAF’s funding was used for pregnancy and drug testing, medications, medical supplies, educational materials and supplies, and transportation to medical appointments and classes.

Thank you, Ozarks Health Advocacy Foundation, for helping so many of our residents achieve healthy pregnancies, and giving them and their babies the opportunity for long-term healthy futures!
