The Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau is comprised of 39 counties that form the southern tier of Missouri, from the Oklahoma/Kansas border on the west to the Illinois/Kentucky/Tennessee border to the east. This is the area that Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri is charged to serve.
